Collections for Toys for Tots started on October 1, 2017 will go until December 10, 2017. The Mitchell County Middle School’s Young Marines will do their best to help out the Marines Corps Reserve in Mitchell County. The MCMS Young Marines are trying to raise enough toys for 300 families in Mitchell County this year. They are asking anyone that attends the middle school to bring a toy or two. The students want to invite family, friends, community, city council members, and businesses to come out and donate toys.
